A Business Account is created by Employers to manage job postings and access candidate information. Employers are responsible for ensuring that all content posted on their Business Profile is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. Employers must also manage the security of their account and are responsible for any actions taken using their account credentials.

5.3 Registration Requirements

  • For Job Seekers: Job Seekers must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account.
  • For Employers: Employers must complete the registration form, providing necessary details such as company name, VAT number, email address, and contact information. Employers are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided and must agree to these Terms before completing the registration.

5.4 User Authorisation and Age Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 must have the consent of a legal representative. By agreeing to these Terms, Users confirm that they meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

6. Refund Policy

Upon termination, the User’s right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately. The User must destroy any downloaded or printed materials obtained from the Platform.
