- Posting Policy
To ensure a positive experience for all users, we have established this Posting Policy for posting vacancies on our platform. Below is a summary of each clause, followed by detailed guidelines. Please review this policy carefully before submitting your job listings.
1. Eligibility to Post
Only authorised and legitimate employers or recruitment agencies are allowed to post genuine job opportunities.
- Authorised Users: Only registered employers, companies, or authorised recruitment agencies are permitted to post job vacancies on Gamarjobs.ge.
- Genuine Job Opportunities: All job postings must represent genuine, lawful, and available employment opportunities. Fake, misleading, or fraudulent job postings are strictly prohibited.
2. Content Guidelines
Job postings must be clear, accurate, and free of any discriminatory or inappropriate content.
- Accurate Job Descriptions: Job postings must provide clear and accurate information regarding the job title, duties, qualifications, location, and compensation (if applicable).
- Prohibited Content: Job postings must not include content that is discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to language or requirements that discriminate based on race, colour, religion, gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
- Spam and Repetition: Posting the same job multiple times within a short period, or posting jobs with minimal or no content just to gain visibility, is considered spam and is prohibited.
3. Job Categories and Locations
Jobs must be categorised correctly and should clearly state the location of the position.
- Proper Categorisation: Employers must accurately categorise their job postings under the relevant job type and industry. Misleading categorisation that could confuse job seekers is not allowed.
- Geographic Accuracy: The location of the job must be clearly stated and must reflect the actual work location. If the position is remote, this should be indicated in the job description.
4. Application Methods
Employers must provide legitimate methods for candidates to apply and must not charge fees for applications.
- Valid Application Processes: Employers must provide legitimate and functional methods for candidates to apply for the job, such as a valid email address, application link, or direct phone number.
- Prohibited Practices: Charging candidates fees to apply for a job or participate in an interview is strictly prohibited.
5. Use of Employer Branding and Logos
Employers should use accurate branding and logos, and must not misrepresent their company or roles.
- Company Profile: Employers are encouraged to complete their company profiles, including logos and branding, to provide job seekers with a professional and trustworthy presentation.
- Misrepresentation: Employers must not use another company’s name, branding, or logos without authorisation. Misrepresentation of your company or role is strictly forbidden.
6. Job Posting Duration and Expiration
Job listings will remain active for a specified duration, after which they will expire unless reposted.
- Active Listings: Job postings will remain active for the duration specified by the employer at the time of posting. Employers are responsible for closing the job posting once the position has been filled or is no longer available.
- Expired Listings: Once a job posting expires, it will be automatically removed from the search results. Employers can choose to repost the job if it remains unfilled.
7. Compliance with Laws
All job postings must comply with Georgian labour laws and respect candidate privacy.
- Legal Requirements: All job postings must comply with applicable Georgian labour laws and regulations. This includes respecting workers’ rights and adhering to legal standards for employment contracts, working conditions, and recruitment practices.
- Privacy: Employers must respect the privacy of candidates and comply with data protection laws. Personal data collected from candidates should be handled responsibly and only for recruitment purposes.
