Refund Guidelines

While most of these services are offered free of charge to both employers and job seekers, we also offer premium options for those looking to enhance the visibility of their job postings. These options, such as marking a vacancy as Urgent or Featuring it prominently, are available for a fee.
1. Free Services
All features available on gamarjobs.ge, including standard job postings, application submissions, employer and candidate profile management, and access to all other resources, are provided at no cost to users. Since these services are free, there are no charges that would necessitate a refund. Users are encouraged to utilise our services with the understanding that there is no financial obligation or risk involved in using gamarjobs.ge and no refunds will be issued as there are no fees to use the service.
2. Paid Services
For users who opt to make their job vacancies urgent or featured, gamarjobs.ge offers these premium services at a fee. The following conditions apply to these paid options:
- Urgent Listings: Job postings marked as urgent will be highlighted and given priority visibility on our platform.
- Featured Listings: Featured job postings will be prominently displayed and receive enhanced exposure to attract more candidates.
- Resume Banks: Candidates can submit their CVs directly to companies’ Resume Banks on gamarjobs.ge. This ensures their CVs are visible to company representatives and signals their interest in working for that organisation. When candidates update their CV, the updated version will automatically be visible to the company.
- Advertising Banner: Companies can place large advertising banners at strategic locations on each of the job listing pages. These banners offer maximum visibility to anyone searching for job vacancies, allowing companies to promote their brand or specific job openings more effectively.
- Automatic Update: This feature ensures that a posted vacancy is automatically renewed daily for a period of 10 days. During this time, the vacancy will consistently appear at the top of search results, maintaining its visibility to potential candidates throughout the update period.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If your job posting is not published correctly due to a technical error on gamarjobs.ge’s side, such as a failure to appear in search results, you may be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Conditions for Refunds
We are committed to ensuring that our refund process is fair, transparent, and consistent with our policies.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once approved
- Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and utilised
In cases where any content posted by a user on the site is found to be offensive, obscene, indecent, humiliating, illegal, or in violation of our terms and conditions, gamarjobs.ge reserves the right to remove or block the user’s content, and/or suspend or permanently terminate their account without issuing a refund.
Please note that refunds will not be provided in cases of abuse of our policies. All refund requests are subject to the sole discretion of gamarjobs.ge.
5. Voluntary Donations
If gamarjobs.ge chooses to accept donations or voluntary contributions for the continuation and support of its services, such contributions are considered non-refundable gifts. Users are advised to consider such contributions carefully as no refunds will be provided.
Since gamarjobs.ge offers most of its services for free, users are encouraged to utilise these offerings with the understanding that there is no financial obligation or risk involved, except for the optional paid services where specific refund policies apply.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds, gamarjobs.ge will work with you to reach a fair resolution. Our goal is to address any concerns promptly and equitably, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome. We encourage open communication and will consider all relevant information before making a decision. Should a dispute arise that cannot be resolved through our internal processes, we are open to third-party mediation or arbitration to facilitate a mutually agreeable solution.
